Mark A. Minglin is a leader in the field of higher education, boasting over two decades of unwavering commitment to fostering student growth and institutional excellence. With an extensive background punctuated by leadership roles and academic accolades, Mark stands as a pillar of dedication, innovation, and passion in the educational realm.  Originating from Indiana, Mark embarked on his academic journey at Ball State University, where he achieved his Bachelor of Science in Management. He further deepened his knowledge base with a Master of Arts in Higher Education from the same institution. Yet, it was his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, earned from Indiana State University in 2019, that truly highlighted his devotion to molding and steering the course of the educational landscape.

In 2001, Mark assumed the pivotal role of Director of the Bepko Learning Center at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Nearly a decade later, in 2010, he furthered his leadership journey by taking on the responsibilities of Executive Director of Academic Support Programs. These positions have seen him spearhead strategic initiatives, shape academic innovations, and serve as a representative for the university across diverse forums. With a solutions-focused approach and a knack for collaboration, Mark has deftly overseen various academic initiatives driving increased retention and heightened student satisfaction. His tenure at Indiana University has been enriched by the forging of meaningful partnerships, further elevating the university’s academic environment.

Beyond his roles in institutions, Mark has been actively involved in prestigious organizations that amplify his impact in the educational community. Since 2001, he's been affiliated with the National College Learning Center Association (NCLCA), providing him with insights into the latest trends and challenges in academic administration. Moreover, his engagement with the International Mentoring Association stands as a testament to his commitment to nurturing growth. As both a member and an associate board member, Mark has championed the cause of mentorship, emphasizing its vital role in student success and professional development.

Today, Mark A. Minglin remains steadfast in his mission: to occupy a role where he can further stimulate change in higher education, enhancing the experiences of both institutions and their students for years to come.
