As angel investor with 30+ investments in my portfolio and 30+ years of experience, academic researcher, and entrepreneurship mentor, I combine practical skill set and deep theoretical understanding of how business works.

I hold a Ph.D. in economics awarded by Universitat Ramon Llull, DBA awarded by Grenoble Ecole de Management, and multiple diplomas and certifications in accounting, auditing, appraising, service design, negotiations, and other relevant fields of knowledge.

I am passionate about fostering innovation, collaboration, and social impact in the startup ecosystem. I co-founded AAlchemy Ventures Limited, a company that helps foreign scaleups launch and grow their business in the EU market Cyprus, one of the leading professional services firms worldwide.

I serve as board member of selected startups, executive coach, business and management consultant and advisor, facilitate leadership development and change management.

BUSINESS INTRODUCTION

With over 30 years of experience in corporate and HNWI banking, AIF management, entrepreneurship, angel investing and mentoring, I founded AAlchemy Ventures Limited, a limited liability company domiciled in Cyprus, that, in association with Deloitte Cyprus and Expert Dojo, US-based international early-stage startup accelerator, runs a deep mentoring and business acceleration program (DMBA) focused on first-time startup founders of early-stage ventures aspiring to launch and grow their business in the European Union and North America markets.

I am MSc in accounting and audit, MBA, Ph.D. in economics, and DBA candidate at Grenoble School of Management with my thesis devoted to how mentoring startup founders influences venture performance. I am an EMCC-certified mentor and coach at Practitioner level, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and Step II certified, and I also hold multiple diplomas and certifications in appraising, service design, negotiations, and other relevant fields of knowledge.

I am passionate about fostering innovation, collaboration, and social impact in the startup ecosystem acting as startup mentor and serving on boards of selected startups, and on the Endowment Board of Big Change, a charitable foundation that supports young underprivileged people to thrive in life. I am a member of and a mentor for several business angel networks and alumni associations, and a former expert for the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission.
